Updates All software updates are free for the first 2 years after purchase. Current users of Salon Iris salon software can upgrade to a newer version or a different package by visiting our Download Page. After the first 2 years, software updates can be purchased at reduced prices. |

Phone Training and Technical Support

Phone All support is free for the first 90 days up to two hours of total time. After this period, the cost is 85 cents per minutes. All phone support calls must be placed on our technical support line. Technical support is available on our toll-free line for an additional 55 cents per minute. |

Lost Passwords and Serial Numbers

Serial Numbers CMJ Designs, Inc. does not provide assistance with lost serial numbers. |

Database Passwords CMJ Designs, Inc. does not provide assistance with lost database passwords. |

Software All software can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. |

Hardware All hardware (cash drawers, printers, and bar code scanners) sales are final. Hardware can not be returned at anytime for a refund, exchange, or return. |
