drive, tape drive, or network connection.

Compression: Automatic compression is used so your backup is as small as possible. The average compression ratio is 8:1, so a 10 meg database will fit on a single floppy disk! Salon Iris salon software uses true Zip (c) compression. |

Disk Spanning: Don't worry if the backup copy of your database is too big to fit on a single floppy disk. Salon Iris salon software will automatically break it up so it can be put on multiple disks. You will be told how many disks are required before the backup begins. |
